well the first one looks hand drawn if you look at it even with inspection, and the second looks like the cartoon effect but with colors mixed along the lines of picaso blending.

I'm learning how to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and just wanted your guys opinion. I'm taking classes and I bought a $50 book to read about them so please be honest.
